After a corporate career in Atlanta and owning a weekend home at Lake Oconee, Tim moved to the lake permanently in 2005.

He and his late wife built a successful real estate business from scratch. Having a twenty-five-year connection to Lake Oconee, Tim can easily give insight to the history as well as current trends in the area.

Lake Oconee on my mind. My husband and I were drawn to this beautiful area and I am happy to be back in my native state of Georgia. Originally from Savannah, I have always wanted a home on the water and to wake up to the peaceful beauty of the lake.

Once you pull off of the interstate to approach the area, you begin to relax and anticipate the wonderful surroundings. Our lake country has a calming small town feel and charm along with a resort vibe, that you have to experience to understand.
