After a corporate career in Atlanta and owning a weekend home at Lake Oconee, Tim moved to the lake permanently in 2005. He and his late wife built a successful real estate business from scratch. Having a twenty-five-year connection to Lake Oconee, Tim can easily give insight to the history as well as current trends in the area.
